The Booking Process
- Pre-Booking: We will send a questionnaire to gather as many details as possible. This gives us insight into your needs and expectations of the session to optimize our time with you.
- During the Booking: We will work with you and provide all details of what is viewed on the questionnaire.
- Post-Booking: We will edit photos within 24 hours and return images via email with a special code. This code will allow you to download images to publish.

Consultations offer detailed plans of each room & ways to enhance features. In addition, consultation plans will list the best furniture placement, design, and staging for the owner.

The White Glove service offers deep or surface cleaning; The Restyle offers to restage using existing home furnishing; The Model provides plans virtually of possible designs within the budgets given; The Ultimate (coming soon) complete vacant staging.

The Photography
Images are provided to the listing agent within 24 hours of the session. Agents will be provided a digital code to download directly. Add on's: Slideshow, 3D tour, drone images-video, and twilight images are available at additional cost.
